GLADMAN REPORT SWIFT TAKE-UP

National developers Gladman are encouraged by a recent flurry of activity at their Wilkinson Business Park office scheme located at Wrexham Industrial Estate.

With two completions early in 2010, new occupiers Venture Wales and Data Pacific join existing occupiers including Meadow Vale Foods and Castlemead Group. As a result of these recent sales, Gladman are planning to bring forward significant elements of the second phase of this speculatively developed 60,000 sq ft office scheme.
