WREXHAM ABSEIL: BE A DEVIL AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Welcome to the Wrexham Abseil event on Saturday, 8th November. We are delighted that you are interested in being part of this fantastic day raising funds.
Do you want to do all this and support some of the most vulnerable children in Wales at the same time?
What is it? Abseil over 75 ft down the Wrexham Fire Station Tower for Gweithredu dros Blant / Action for Children! The minimum sponsorship for this spectacular event is just £75.00 and we can even help you with the fundraising!
On the day Abseil UK (trained outdoor pursuits professionals) will ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable. Who can take part? 14 years is the minimum age for this abseil. Any abseilers under the age of 18 years will need to have a parent or guardian present at the event or prior written consent. Unfortunately you will not be able to take part if you are pregnant. Please note that you must be able to climb a series of 12ft ladders within the Tower.
Who will I be helping? By raising money to take part in this abseil you will be supporting the work of Gweithredu dros Blant / Action for Children. Action for Children is one of the UK’s leading children’s charities and looks after some of the most disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.
