EGS Road Distribution Ltd has moved onto Wrexham Industrial Estate

Although a company still in its infancy, EGS Road Distribution Ltd has expanded from its Overton-on-Dee site. The company now has 3 premises.

The premises are based on:
a) Head Office (Pallet Distribution), Unit 3, Abbey Road North, Wrexham Industrial Estate, LL13 9RX.
b) Warehouse 1 (25,000 sq ft), Unit 1, Lightwood Green Industrial Estate, Overton-on-Dee, LL13 0HU.
 For small lot storage services.
 Pick and pack.
 Container loading and unloading.
c) Warehouse 2 (30,000 sq ft), Unit 2, Lightwood Green Industrial Estate, Overton-on-Dee, LL13 0HU.
 For bulk and heavy storage.
 Lifting capacity up to 8 tonnes.

Operations Manager, Lee Gorton, commented on the expansion, “As a company we feel really fortunate and very excited to move onto this Industrial Estate.”

Commenting on the business he added “It was always an ambition of ours to join one of the top Pallet Networks and that ambition was realised 3 years ago when we joined what we believe to be The No. 1 Pallet Network – Pall-ex (www.pallex.co.uk)”.

“Our next goal was to find premises on the main industrial estate in the area. When we opened on the 11th June 2007 this goal was also fulfilled. Now that we are on the estate we are confident we can provide an excellent service to our existing customer base as well as expanding our services for new customers.”

With the 2 Overton sites, EGS can offer very competitive warehousing prices to Industrial Estate customers who want to store their raw materials with us to free space up in their own premises.
