Workshop presenters Bill Jenkins formed Quadrant, a corporate communications company, in 1988. Under his guidance it has grown from a small PR firm with one employee into a multi-million pound company employing more than 30, operating in over seven countries. Quadrant is one of Europe’s major players in the provision of broadcast PR services, competing with the likes of Reuters and Media Link. Its clients include the European Parliament, European Central Bank, CNN, Reuters, Racal Defence, Council of Europe, Digital UK and the Foreign Press Association.
Andy Harcombe spent 8 years at Mars Inc. in various sales and marketing roles. After being headhunted to join a small business as sales and marketing director, he successfully led a management buy-out which he exited after 4 years, having trebled sales. He now manages Online Unlimited which is a Wales based business that specialises in helping businesses develop sales channels through the Internet by providing hands-on expertise and support.
